When I got there I was interested in seeing the different efficiency available for en extended stay. The pictures online looked very nice but in my experience in person they usually aren’t as nice. I was greeted by a very friendly manager named Bianca who answered all my questions and informed me of all the details of the rooms and lengths of stays. She also let me look at all the different types of rooms so I could see what I would like to stay in the most. I’m on my 3rd day here and she has been so helpful and accommodating to anything I need. Her positive attitude and friendliness make an already nice extended stay hotel over the top!

It was in between Orlando, Kissimmee and St Cloud so we could explore in every direction. No one bothered us or our Spyder (motorcycle). Close to grocery stores and flea markets. On a main road that even during rush hour we didn’t have to wait for more than three lights which is amazing.

The room was clean the refrigerator was nice size usually they are small but this one had a larger refrigerator the microwave was clean staff was friendly and helpful

It was simple,clean, and customer service oriented. Each day I got a test from hotel management making sure everything was fine or if we needed anything . The lady at the desk was outstanding.

Room was CLEAN. No sign of bugs. Bedding was clean. A/C worked great. Bed was pretty comfortable, pillows were decent. Staff was very nice. It was fine for me because all I needed was a place to sleep at night. Quiet, other than a little traffic noise.

REALLY!!! You fricking ppl dont serve no breakfast there is no check out time and staff is not there until 4-6 pm no cups in room like a normal hotel and ohhhh yeah your FRICKING toilet backed up after I took a dump SMFH in room 169 the last room I booked FREAKING DISGUSTING!!!
